Consulting Fit Interview Workshop: Telling Your Story
April 12 @ 5:15 pm - 6:15 pmFree
For both summer workshops and full-time positions, a major component of the consulting recruiting process is the fit interview.
A crucial part of being a Consultant involves routine communication with clients and other consultants, which is why consulting firms use the fit interview to gauge applicants’ ability to work in and lead teams, interact with clients, and adapt to the firm culture. In the upcoming Fit Interview Workshop, we will share useful tips on how to prepare well for the fit interviews and stand out by showcasing your soft skills and experiences.
Some topics covered will include:
- Overview of the consulting interview process
- Soft skills that consulting firms are looking for in the fit interview
- Examples of commonly asked questions
- How to highlight your qualifications in a well-structured response
- Best practices and common mistakes
